This isn’t just a class—it’s your chance to join the Bobae Experience. For 1.5–2 hours, you’ll learn how we craft our famous pearls, rolling and shaping your own batch to take home. While you work, you’ll sip a signature Bobae drink and get an insider’s look at what makes our café award-winning. At the end, you’ll leave with the pearls you created—ready to cook at home—and the story of how you became a boba maker for a day. Limited spots, unforgettable memories. Families & Kids If you plan to bring a child, please contact us directly before booking so we can add them on as a separate payment: Children under 5 join at a reduced add-on cost and share supplies with their accompanying adult. Children 5 and older are the same cost as adults and considered full participants with their own kit and supplies. All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian during the class. 💡 This helps us ensure proper supplies, pricing, and a smooth classroom experience for everyone. We understand plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate. Reschedule: You may reschedule your class at no extra cost if requested 48 hours or more in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours: Because space and supplies are prepared in advance, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable, and full payment will be retained. BOBAE USA LLC WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT Bobae Tapioca Pearls / Boba-Making Class This Waiver and Release of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into voluntarily by the undersigned participant, or the parent/legal guardian of a minor participant, in the Tapioca Pearls/Boba-Making Class (“Class”) organized by Bobae USA LLC (“Company”). 1. Acknowledgment of Risk I understand this Class involves food preparation, kitchen tools, and possible exposure to heated surfaces, hot liquids, and allergens. Risks include but are not limited to: cuts, burns, slips, food-borne illness, or allergic reactions. All participants must follow instructor guidance at all times. Minors under 18 may not handle stoves, kettles, or boiling liquids. All minors must be directly supervised by a parent/legal guardian. Only designated adults or staff may perform high-heat or high-risk tasks. I voluntarily assume all risks for myself and/or my child(ren). 2. Release of Claims In consideration of participation, I release and discharge Bobae USA LLC, its employees, instructors, contractors, and volunteers (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or expenses related to the Class, including those arising from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 3. Allergies & Medical I acknowledge that the Class involves handling food ingredients including, but not limited to, tapioca flour, cornstarch, sugar, teas, citrus/lemonade, and natural colorants (such as matcha, butterfly pea, dragon fruit, turmeric, and beetroot). While precautions are taken, cross-contamination or unforeseen allergic reactions may occur. By signing this Agreement, I confirm that neither I nor my child(ren) have allergies to these ingredients and accept full responsibility for any medical issues that may arise. 4. Media Release I grant permission to Bobae USA LLC to photograph and/or video record myself and/or my child(ren) during the Class for use in promotional and marketing materials, including social media, website, or print. If I do not consent to media use, I must notify Bobae USA LLC in writing by email before attending the Class. 5. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by Washington State law. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable. 6. Acknowledgment & Signature By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Agreement, and that I may be waiving legal rights by signing.
